Veuve Clicquot

Founded in Reims in 1772 by the revered Madame Clicquot – herself credited with creating the world’s first vintage and Rosé Champagnes – the house of Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin is one of the largest Champagne producers operating today.

The house, which has borne its distinctive yellow label since the late 19^th century, was purchased in 1986 by Louis Vuitton and now forms a key part of the LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE group. Today, it is a front-runner in the mission towards a more sustainable Champagne industry, producing its range of vintage and non-vintage cuvées entirely from vineyards using sustainable viticulture and herbicide-free cultivation techniques.
