Maison Bruno Paillard was founded in 1981 with the aim of creating an extremely pure Champagne, and uses a blending technique to try and achieve it, featuring diverse crus, grape varieties and vintages.

The bubbles in Bruno Paiilard Champagne are tiny, releasing the wine’s aromas to give a smooth, creamy texture on the palate. The colours are bright: Green gold for Blanc de Blancs, golden for Première Cuvée and copper for Rosé. The colour of the vintages becomes deeper, turning almost amber after decades.

The aromas include citrus fruits and almonds from Chardonnay, red fruits from Pinot Noir and exotic fruits from Pinot Meunier. The aromas are heightened by only using the first pressing of the grapes.
