After half a century of experience reviewing and rating the restaurants of France, renowned food critique guide Gault&Millau comes to the UAE.
Using an investigation method honed over decades across Europe, Gault&Millau’s team of expert independent reviewers visited restaurants across the UAE to discover which addresses were worthy of including in its inaugural guide to
dining in the country.
The investigations revealed 135 restaurants operating at the highest level, with more than 40 proving special enough to be awarded between one and three prized Gault&Millau toques.
Inside are the details of all of those restaurants, as well as profiles of some of the most talented chefs, sommeliers and F&B industry figures operating in the UAE in 2022.
