Chef Sachin Bhusari started his career in Mumbai in 2006, working first for a western organic fine-dining eatery before moving to the Trident Oberoi in Mumbai. He started working with chef Vineet Bhatia in 2010, joining the team at the city’s renowned Ziya.
Bhusari participated in the Cultural and Gastronomic Festival of India in Caracas, Venezuela, in 2012 and shortly afterwards moved to Dubai to join Indego by Vineet as a junior sous chef. In September 2018, he became the head chef of Indya by Vineet at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa.
Today, Bhusari works closely and collaboratively with chef Vineet Bhatia to create Indya’s menu, with the aim of offering guests a modern take on traditional Indian flavours.
